- the kit includes two test strips, each with four distinct areas impregnated with reagents;
- the test is intended for the qualitative detection of the following analytes in urine: blood, proteins, nitrites and leukocytes;
- the product is single-use and intended exclusively for self-testing;
- is designed for the identification of urinary tract infections.

Collect a urine sample in a plastic cup provided or in a clean glass without detergent residues.
Make sure the cup is filled with urine.
Open the foil bag and remove the test strip.
Do not touch the test fields.
The test is performed immediately after opening the sealed bag.
Dip the test strip into the urine sample.
CAUTION: Make sure all four test areas are fully submerged for 1-2 seconds.
Remove the test strip and wipe the excess urine from the side of the container or with a paper towel to avoid mixing chemicals in the reagent areas.
Place the tape on the aluminum foil and do not move it for 2 minutes.
Read the result after 2 minutes.
Do not interpret after 3 minutes or later.
Compare the color of each zone with the color chart provided.
Color changes on the edge of the pads or those that appear after 3 minutes should be ignored.

Read the instructions carefully before use.
Intended exclusively for self-testing for in vitro diagnostics.
Keep the test in a dry place, at a temperature of 2-30°C, avoiding excessive humidity.
Do not use the test if the foil bag is damaged or opened.
Use a clean container, without traces of detergent, to collect urine.
Keep out of reach of children.
Do not use the test after the expiration date or if the packaging is damaged.
Strictly respect the time indicated for the interpretation.
The test is used only once, without disassembling or touching the areas with reagents.

Dispose of the test according to local regulations.
In case of difficulties interpreting colors (eg color blindness), ask for assistance.
