Indications:
Pharmacotherapeutic group: drugs for the treatment of cough; mucolytic.
As a fluidizer in the symptomatic treatment of acute or chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract associated with viscous secretions: acute bronchitis, during the exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (including chronic obstructive bronchopneumopathy), tracheobronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchopneumonia, bronchiectasis, sinusitis, pre- and post -operator in diseases with risk of pulmonary complications.

Composition:
One tablet contains ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg and excipients: Ludipress (lactose monohydrate, povidone, crospovidone), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and anhydrous colloidal silicon dioxide.

Administration method:
Always take this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age: one tablet 3 times a day for the first 2-3 days, reducing the dose to one tablet 2 times a day in the following days.
For adults, if necessary, the daily dose can be increased to 2 tablets twice a day.
Children aged between 6 and 12 years: ½ tablet 2 or 3 times a day.
Due to the high content of active substance, Ambroxol-Richter is not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
Ambroxol in the form of syrup is recommended for children under 6 years of age.
If after 4-5 days of treatment the symptoms do not improve, contact the doctor.

Contraindications:
Do not take Ambroxol-Richter:
- if you are allergic to ambroxol hydrochloride or any of the other components of this medicine;
- in children under 6 years old.

Precautions:
Before using Ambroxol-Richter, talk to your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Task:
The use of Ambroxol-Richter during the first 2 trimesters of pregnancy is not recommended, and in the 3rd trimester of pregnancy Ambroxol-Richter should only be used on the recommendation of your doctor.
Breastfeeding:
The use of Ambroxol-Richter during breastfeeding is not recommended.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
No studies have been conducted on the effects of ambroxol hydrochloride on driving and using machines.
