Description
Dietary supplement containing griffonia seed extract (30% 5-HTP), valerian root extract, vitamin B6, and magnesium. Griffonia promotes normal mood and mental well-being, and together with valerian, it supports relaxation (sleep). Vitamin B6 and magnesium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Baill.] standardized seed dry extract [30% 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan)]; glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; magnesium (magnesium oxide), valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract (4:1); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate); anti-caking agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate; vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate).

How to use
Swallow 1 vegetable capsule daily, with water, half an hour before bedtime.
