Bitter salt-Magnesium sulfate

External use:
-add 2 cups of bitter salt to warm bath water, it is recommended to stay in the tub for about 20 - 30 minutes
-use compresses with bitter salt dissolved in water on the affected skin areas
-dissolves very easily in water.

Internal use:
-a maximum daily dose of 10-30 grams of bitter salt is recommended for adults and children over 12 years of age
-a maximum daily dose of 5-10 grams of bitter salt is recommended for children between the ages of 6 and 12 years
-not to be administered to children under 6 years of age.
