Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D, copper, selenium and zinc support the proper functioning of the immune system. B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6, vitamin B12) and magnesium play a role in maintaining normal energy-yielding metabolism.
