Wearing the Epitact Flexible Thumb Orthosis helps relieve joint pain associated with osteoarthritis at the base of the thumb (rhizarthrosis).
It limits micromovements, holds the thumb in place and keeps the joint warm thanks to the properties of the silicone fabric, which has an analgesic effect.
The orthosis is very discreet, flexible and thin: you can drive, write, use the telephone, wear jewellery...
The alignment of the thumb bones will limit the forces placed on the trapeziometacarpal joint and help relieve pain.
Machine washable at 40°C in the appropriate net.
