How to use
Pour a cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of valerian root, cover, and steep for 5–10 minutes. Strain and drink the fresh, warm infusion twice daily – in the afternoon and evening, and before bed.
Contraindications and precautions
Not for use by children under 12 years of age, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Store in a dry place, protected from light, and out of the reach of small children. This product is intended for adults only.
