How do you use it?
Brush your teeth three times a day, after main meals.
Apply a small amount of toothpaste (about the size of a bean) and brush your teeth in a circular motion, always working from the gum toward the tooth and on all sides of the teeth.
The use of dental floss and mouthwash is recommended for cleaning hard-to-reach areas.
