Description
Folic acid food supplement (B-complex vitamin, also called folacin or vitamin B9).
Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily folic acid supplement of 400 mcg for at least one month before and up to three months after conception). The product is intended for women of childbearing age.

Ingredients
Stabilizer (sorbitol), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), folic acid, glazing agents (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid and microcrystalline cellulose).

Gluten free.

How to use
Take one tablet daily with water during meals.
