Insert 4 AA batteries and connect the cuff to the device.
Apply the cuff to the arm, 2-3 cm above the elbow, with the tube facing down.
Sit with your arm resting on your heart.
Press the start button for measurement.
Stay still and do not speak.
The device will inflate the cuff and display the values.
Save the results or synchronize them with Omron Connect (if applicable).
