Recommended intake:

Adults and children over 12 years of age – 1 capsule once a day with boiled water at room temperature.
When taking antibiotics, an interval of at least 2 hours should be maintained.

Inulin, glazing agent – ​​hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), lyophilized Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG (ATCC 53103) bacterial strain, anti-caking agents – magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Do not consume hot beverages while using this product. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor. It is recommended to have your blood 25-OH(D) level tested before supplementation. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a dry place, in a closed container, below 25°C. Protect from light. For longer-term storage, a cool place is recommended.
