Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, tryptophan and vitamin B6.
Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep.
This effect is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Tryptophan is an essential amino acid that is the precursor to melatonin.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological functions.

Fructose, purified water, L-tryptophan, vitamin B6 hydrochloride, melatonin; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; flavoring; thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
0.5 ml once daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, unless otherwise directed by your doctor.
It is recommended to shake the bottle well before use and administer the product directly into the mouth, or diluted in a non-alcoholic beverage, using the graduated dropper provided. After use, close the bottle with the dropper cap.
