Black cumin oil – properties
Black cumin oil has a high content of unsaturated fats. It has an intense taste and smell typical of black cumin seeds, which is described as sharp, bitter and spicy. The color of black cumin oil can vary from light brown to dark brown.
In the production of OlVita oil, a modern technology was used which, thanks to the low pressing temperature (max. up to 40ºC), without a refining process, allows the preservation of the most valuable values of black cumin. Importantly, the oil is packaged in a dark brown glass bottle, which protects it from light, helping to maintain freshness, taste and aroma for longer.
OlVita Black Cumin Oil is an excellent addition to your daily diet. It can be eaten cold, as an addition to salads and other dishes. It is also suitable for direct consumption.
