Replace one or two main meals daily with one sachet of OPTIFAST Drink (1 sachet = 1 main meal). OPTIFAST products only fulfill their intended purpose as part of a calorie-reduced diet; other foods must be included in this diet.

Daily ration for weight control: When used as a daily ration for weight control (4 sachets/day), OPTIFAST provides sufficient amounts of all essential nutrients for the day. Ensure adequate fluid intake. We recommend drinking at least 2 liters of a calorie-free or low-calorie beverage per day. If all daily meals are replaced with OPTIFAST, it should not be used for longer than 3 weeks without medical advice.

Instructions for use:
Cover the prepared product well and consume within 6 hours at room temperature, or within 24 hours if refrigerated. Discard any reheated leftovers.
