- Biotin contributes to the maintenance of hair under normal conditions.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily for at least 3 to 6 months. Dosage: The capsules should preferably be taken whole, during meals, with liquid (water, fruit juice, etc.).

Due to the intake of iron (one of the nutrients), stools may take on a darker color than usual.

This product can be taken by people with celiac disease, egg allergies/intolerant, milk protein allergies, or lactose intolerance.
