Use

The recommended dose is 1 capsule once a day for 5 days. The capsules are swallowed whole and drunk with a sufficient amount of water, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach or in the evening before going to bed. The contents of the capsule can be poured onto a spoon and used that way.
