Dosage

• As a dietary supplement for adults, take one to three (1-3) phytocapsules daily, preferably with meals.

Precautions :

• Do not exceed recommended use.
• Food supplements do not replace a balanced diet.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use.
• It has been reported that in cases where Echinacea is used long-term and in high doses to boost the immune system, it may become less effective over time.
• Short breaks or alternating the plant with other similar plants are recommended if its use is necessary for an extended period.

• Raw Echinacea flowers 300mg
• Echinacea root extract powder titrated (5mg [4%] echinacosides) 125mg

Other ingredients : vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent (vegetable magnesium stearate), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), antioxidant (PhytO2XTM powder (special blend of natural antioxidants - beta carotene, ascorbic acid - that maintains the freshness of the ingredients)

• It does not contain sugar, salt, corn, yeast, wheat, soy, dairy and animal products, and no preservatives, artificial flavors or colors are used in its production.
• Suitable for vegans.
