How to use
We recommend taking one Slim Day stick in the morning and one Balance Night stick in the evening. Swallow the contents of one stick directly into your mouth; alternatively, dilute the product in a glass of water or a water bottle. The beneficial effect of the Night stick is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If following a low-calorie diet for prolonged periods, consult your doctor. The product contains polyols: excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
