Take 1 capsule twice a day, before main meals. Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store in a cool, dry place, out of the reach of small children. Astaxanthin should not be taken on the same day as other food supplements containing astaxanthin esters. This product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by children under 10 years of age.
