Ingredients:

• Melatonin: a natural hormone produced by our body that regulates the sleep-wake cycle. The body's biological clock controls how much melatonin is produced during a 24-hour period. Melatonin secretion gradually increases in the late afternoon, peaks in the middle of the night, and decreases in the morning hours to achieve morning awakening. Light, especially blue light, inhibits melatonin production in the brain. Natural melatonin levels decrease with age, resulting in an increase in the frequency of sleep disorders, especially after middle age. In people suffering from insomnia, it has been shown that after taking melatonin for 3 weeks, the quality of sleep improves, nighttime awakenings decrease and, most importantly, the time it takes to fall asleep is reduced, meaning they fall asleep faster
• Valerian: a plant known since antiquity for its calming and anxiolytic properties, which place it among the best natural sedatives. Its action is due to the oils it contains, which have effects similar to benzodiazepines. Valerian helps reduce psychological stress, promoting restful sleep.

How to use:
