Alfalfa, or lucerne (Medicago sativa), has established itself as a staple in the human diet. With its long roots, it can absorb nutrients from deep layers of soil.
Alfalfa tablets contain dietary fiber from alfalfa powder and inulin, which are known to promote natural bowel movements.
Ingredients:
Alfalfa powder (75%), inulin, magnesium carbonate, anti-caking agent calcium stearate.
12 tablets contain: approx. 2.2 g of fiber and 75 mg of magnesium (covers 25% of the recommended daily intake of magnesium according to the German Nutrition Society (DGE)).
Recommended intake:
Consume 6-12 tablets daily = approx. 3-6g.
