Cereal ingredients 63% (wholegrain flakes 59%: oat, wheat ; flours: wheat , corn, rice; corn grits, wheat bran); milk chocolate 10% [sugar, whole milk powder , cocoa butter, cocoa mass, lactose (from milk ), emulsifier: soy lecithin; flavouring]; sugar, baker's honey 5.8%, sunflower oil, fat-reduced cocoa powder 2.8%, flavouring, salt.
