How to use:

• Squeeze the Beppy tampon with two fingers and insert it as far into the vagina as possible, preferably right under the cervix.
• Use your finger to press the tampon into the correct position.
• The Beppy tampon adapts to the shape of your body, so it always fits.
• The Beppy tampon has no string; you can't see or feel the Beppy. Do whatever you want for up to 8 hours.
• Remove the Beppy tampon using the handy removal loop or using the tweezers handle (two fingers). The Beppy cannot disappear inside your body.
