A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Our specialty, made from coarsely cut nettle leaves (Urtica dioica and Urtica urens), is known for its incomparable taste, which produces an aromatic and fresh tea when brewed.
These leaves are offered without colorings or flavorings. They are excellent for preparing traditional herbal tea and are also gluten- and lactose-free, making them ideal for a vegan diet.
Tea brewing instructions
To prepare nettle tea, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of chopped nettle leaves to boiling water. Let it steep, covered, for 8 to 12 minutes to obtain a palatable and safe beverage. A daily intake of 3 to 4 cups is recommended. For a more intense aroma, add peppermint before brewing.
Important instructions
Please store the product in a dry place, protected from heat. The contents are 50g of tea.
