Dehinel Plus 10 tablets

Composition: 1 tablet contains: Febantel 150 mg, Pyrantel embonate 144 mg, Praziquantel 50 mg

Indications:

treatment of mixed infestations with ascarids, nematodes and cestodes in dogs:

• Ascaris: Toxocara canis (in the mature and immature stages of development) Toxocara leonina (in the mature and immature stages of development)
• Nematodes: Uncinaria stenocephala (in the mature and immature stages of development) Ancylostoma caninum (in the mature and immature stages of development) Trichuris vulpis (mature forms)
• Cestodes: Echinococcus granulosus Echinococcus multilocularis Dipylidium caninum Taenia spp. Multiceps multiceps Mesocestoides spp.

Dosage and method of administration:

The recommended dose per kg of body weight is: 15 mg febantel, 14.4 mg pyrantel embonate and 5 mg praziquantel, i.e. 1 tablet per 10 kg of body weight.

The tablets are administered according to the dog's body weight, according to the following scheme:

up to 5 kg – ½ tablet

up to 10 kg – 1 tablet

up to 15 kg – 1+ ½ tablet

up to 20 kg - 2 tablets

up to 30 kg – 3 tablets

up to 40 kg – 4 tablets

up to 50 kg – 5 tablets

up to 60 kg – 6 tablets

The tablets will be administered at the base of the dog's tongue or introduced into the food. The medicine is administered in a single dose. To ensure effective prophylaxis of parasites, it is recommended that the treatment be carried out 3-4 times a year.

In case of severe infestation, the treatment will be repeated every 2 weeks.

Contraindications: the drug is not recommended for use in pregnant women during the first 2/3 of pregnancy.
