This product offers a combination of high-dose folic acid and N-acetyl-L-cysteine, supplemented by a comprehensive supply of essential vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. The time-release formulation of vitamin C improves absorption.

The micronutrients it contains create favorable conditions for conception and pregnancy. Vitamins and minerals are particularly important for dietary management during this phase.

Recommended intake: It is recommended to take one capsule of the vitamin/mineral powder and one fish oil capsule daily. These should be swallowed whole with plenty of water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
