Silicone scar treatment gel.

• It is the silicone gel formula recommended by international guidelines for the treatment of mature or recently developed abnormal scars (such as hypertrophic and keloid scars)
• It is a Class I medical device
• When applied to the skin, it creates a negatively charged electrostatic field that realigns the collagen fibers in the direction of the lines of force, implicitly increasing the tissue's elasticity and resistance to stretching or tension
• It reduces associated symptoms: itching, pain, and erythema
• It is indicated for the effective treatment of new and old (no older than 2 years) hypertrophic or keloid scars, following invasive procedures for the correction of keloid scars; for the non-invasive treatment of hypertrophic, keloid, or atrophic scars; and for the prevention of abnormal scars, especially in those at risk (people with a family or personal history of abnormal scars)
• It is the only local therapy with efficacy demonstrated in numerous clinical studies and recommended by the International Guidelines for Scar Management
• Easy to apply to any area, including joints or hairy areas, without requiring prior hair removal

How to use:

• Guarantees the treatment of a 2-3 cm linear scar
• Apply once daily for 90 days.

Contraindications:

• Application of Strataderm to wounds or mucous membranes is contraindicated
• Do not apply over other topical treatments.
