Description
Food supplement based on glutamine, mineral salts and vitamins, useful for the athlete's diet.
Glutamine is an amino acid and as such is part of the composition of proteins.
The latter contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
Furthermore, iron and vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Ingredients
(L-)glutamine, glutamine peptide, microcrystalline cellulose*, gum arabic*, edible gelatin, silicon dioxide**, rose hip (Rosa canina) fruit extract (titrated at 70% in vitamin C), zinc gluconate, ferric ammonium citrate, magnesium stearate of vegetable origin**, vitamin E of vegetable origin (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), acerola (Malpighia glabra) fruit extract (titrated at 50% in vitamin C), sodium borate, manganese gluconate, vitamin B3 (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), copper sulphate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin K1 (phylloquinone), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), chromium picolinate, folic acid, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, sodium molybdate, biotin, vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) of plant origin (extracted from Cladonia rangiferina lichen), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 8 tablets once or twice a day on an empty stomach or at least half an hour before meals (8 to 16 tablets per day).
