HOW TO USE

Take 1 capsule daily during or after a meal.

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

COMPOSITION

erginate® (30 mg): microencapsulated ferric saccharin in a matrix consisting of a double layer of calcium alginate that protects the iron from the acidic pH of the stomach. Its release is gradual, and absorption is optimal in the duodenum, avoiding gastrointestinal side effects.

Vitamin C (80mg): increases iron absorption and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Coenzyme Q10 (100mg): antioxidant that provides energy and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.

Methylcobalamin (active vitamin B12; 2.5mcg): contributes to the formation of blood cells.

It comes in a package of 30 capsules and is free of glucose, sucrose, and gluten. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule daily or the dose recommended by your doctor or pharmacist.
