How to prepare rockrose infusion?

Drink 1 cup of infusion prepared from 1 tea bag twice daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over one tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Tastes delicious with honey or lemon juice.
