Pizza recipe for 2 plates
Ingredients:
70g Ketomix Pizza 1 egg
110ml water 30ml oil
Oregano 4g yeast
Preparation method:
Dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water, then add the pizza ketomix and egg, and mix until smooth. Season with oregano or other favorite spices, and finally incorporate the olive oil.
Form 2 balls of dough, roll them out thinly and bake on baking paper, without toppings, for about 7-8 minutes at 170 degrees. After this pre-baking process, add your favorite pizza toppings and bake for another 10-15 minutes. Enjoy!
Store in a cool, dry place.
