Active Ingredients

• Standardized Hop Flower Extract ( Humulus lupulus ): Hops are a plant with a long history of traditional uses. The main active phytochemical in hops is called 8-prenylnaringenin (8PN). 8-prenylnaringenin has phytoestrogenic action, helping women manage symptoms related to the menopause, such as hot flashes, sweating, anxiety and irritability. The hop flower extract used in Meno-pause Complex is called Lifenol and is a patented hop extract that guarantees 100μg of 8-prenylnaringenin, a level equivalent to that used in published clinical studies.
  
• Non-GMO Standardized Soy Extract: The soy extract used in Meno-pause Complex is non-GMO and guarantees an impressive 50mg of soy isoflavones per tablet. Soy isoflavones are a popular dietary supplement for pre- or postmenopausal women, as their consumption is associated with improving menopausal symptoms and maintaining bone density.
  
• Standardized extract of sage ( Sage, Salvia officinalis): The sage extract in Meno-pause Complex guarantees 2.5% rosmarinic acid. Rosmarinic acid is the main active phytochemical in sage, has a chemical structure similar to estrogens and thus binds to estrogen receptors, acting as a mild phytoestrogen. In this way, sage helps to eliminate menopausal discomfort (e.g. excessive sweating).
