• Melatonin 5 mg is a dietary supplement recommended for maintaining sleep quality. It ensures deep and restful sleep and helps the body adapt to time zone changes.
• Melatonin is an active, natural substance secreted in the brain by the pineal gland. Its synthesis is stimulated by darkness and diminished by light. Melatonin production declines with age, especially after the age of 40. Melatonin is one of the most powerful antioxidants. Composition/tablet:
Bulking agents: lactose monohydrate, corn starch, pregelatinized corn starch, hardening agent: polyvinylpyrrolidone, anti-caking agents: talc, vegetable magnesium stearate, colloidal silicon dioxide, melatonin - 5 mg.

Mode of administration:
Adults: one tablet a day, preferably in the evening, about 30 minutes before going to bed.

Adverse reactions:

• Daytime sleepiness, dizziness, headache, mild depression, irritability and intestinal discomfort. It may adversely affect the ability to drive vehicles or use machines.
• Interactions with other drugs:
