Description
Multivitamin and mineral supplement. Vitamins B2, B5, B6 and B12, thiamine and the minerals calcium, iron and magnesium contribute to normal energy metabolism.
Copper, zinc and vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells against oxidative stress.

How to use
Dissolve 32 g (daily dose equivalent to two teaspoons) in 1 liter of water and take throughout the day.
