Gel for disinfecting wounds Microdacyn60 hydrogel, 60 g, Sonoma

Properties :
- amorphous, stabilized, hydroactive gel for rehydration of necrotic and fibrinous tissue. Supports autolytic debridement and creates a physiological environment favorable to wound healing;
- multiple use is not problematic;
- can be used for 30 days after opening the package;
- it is possible to use one gel dosing device for several patients;
- the gel is preserved with the help of sodium hypochlorite and hypochlorous acid;
- it is extremely well tolerated, it can also be used on exposed tendons, bones and ligaments;
- can be used for all dry and slightly exuding wounds (these include all wounds that need to be rehydrated and second degree burns).

Ingredients:
Water, sodium chloride, hypochlorous acid, sodium hypochlorite.

How to use:
The gel is applied in a thick layer of 2-5 mm on the cleaned wound and can be left to act for up to 3 days.
If gel residues remain on the wound during the bandage change, they can be easily cleaned with the Microdacyn Wound Care solution.
Any kind of ordinary bandage can be used for covering. If Microdacyn hydrogel is to be applied to cavitary wounds, they should be provided with appropriate wound fillers (eg alginate or hydrofibres).
