NutriniDrink Multi Fibre Strawberry is a high-calorie oral nutritional supplement specially formulated for children with a functioning gastrointestinal tract after their first year of life. Its child-friendly nutrient balance supports the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition, for example, in cases of cystic fibrosis, failure to thrive, or wasting diseases. The special blend of six different fibers (Multi Fibre) contributes to a high-fiber diet. The protein content consists of high-quality, easily digestible cow's milk protein. The fat sources are vegetable oils from sunflower and rapeseed, and the carbohydrate content comprises di-, oligo-, and polysaccharides. The product is gluten-free and provides a high energy density of 1.5 kcal/ml, or 306 kcal per bottle.

Areas of application

NutriniDrink Multi Fibre Strawberry is used for the dietary management of disease-related malnutrition. It is particularly suitable for children with cystic fibrosis, failure to thrive, fluid restriction (e.g., due to heart disease), wasting diseases such as cancer, and neurological conditions such as infantile cerebral palsy. This nutritional drink is suitable for sole nutrition and can also be given as a supplement as needed.

Application and dosage

Oral nutritional supplements should be used individually or according to a doctor's recommendation. When exclusively fed, children generally receive the following amounts depending on their age and weight: 1- to 3-year-olds approximately 4 bottles per day, 4- to 6-year-olds approximately 5 bottles per day, 7- to 9-year-olds approximately 6 bottles per day, and children 10 to 12 years of age approximately 7 bottles per day. The exact amount should always be discussed with the treating physician.

NutriniDrink Multi Fibre Strawberry should not be used if enteral nutrition is generally contraindicated or if there is an intolerance to any of the ingredients. This product is unsuitable for children under 1 year of age and for patients with galactosemia.
