Bitter cucumber tea, 50 g, Hypericum

Properties :
Adjuvant in reducing the amount of glucose in the blood.
It contributes to the regulation of blood fat content (cholesterol, triglycerides).
Hypoglycemic, hypolipidemic, stomachic, emetic action.

Ingredients :
Bitter cucumber fruits

Mode of use:
Internally – in the form of a decoction of 3-4 rounds of fruit. The dried fruits are introduced when the water reaches the boiling temperature, let it boil for 5-6 times, then infuse for 10-15 minutes.
The preparation thus obtained is filtered and drunk unsweetened or sweetened with a natural sweetener like Rebaudian Stevia.
3 teas a day, in courses of 6 weeks, are recommended.

Contraindications:
Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women.
Not indicated for people with low blood sugar.
Do not administer to people allergic to any of the product's ingredients.

Precautions :
Long-term consumption of tea may produce mild interactions (potentiation of effects) with hypoglycemic and/or cholesterol-lowering medications.
