Suvégel Ionic is a medical device that acts as an adjuvant:

• In the treatment of vaginal infections of bacterial, fungal (e.g. candidiasis) and viral origin (e.g. genital warts).
• In the treatment of postpartum lesions.
• In the prevention of relapses of herpes simplex type 2 (HSV-2).

Suvégel Ionic is a formulation in rapidly dispersing vegetable gelatin capsules containing various components which, thanks to their properties, create a defensive barrier, acting as an adjuvant in the treatment of vaginal infections of bacterial, fungal and viral origin, genital herpes, genital warts and post-partum lesions, creating a protective barrier on the lesions with the aim of isolating and protecting the tissues from external irritants and facilitating healing.
The presence of the PA/VA copolymer contributes significantly to the formation of the protective film of the device, creating a barrier effect.
Thanks to its properties, hyaluronic acid also has a hydrating effect.

Suvégel Ionic has a double action:

• Protects the application area from external microbial aggression.
• Limits microbial colonization of the application area, creating the best conditions for tissue regeneration.
