Add one teaspoon of herbal mixture to 200–250 ml of boiling water or one tablespoon of herbal mixture to 400–500 ml of boiling water.
The preparation is left to infuse for 10–15 minutes, strained and can be consumed gradually throughout the day.
Children between 1 and 4 years old: 1/2 or 1 cup of tea per day.
Children between 5 and 12 years old: 2 cups of tea per day.
Children over 12 years old and adults: 3–4 cups of tea per day.
Tea is recommended to be consumed between meals, until 7:00 PM.
It can be used in 3 or 6 month courses, with a 7-day break after every 6 weeks.
