Softeye Gel

A medical device in the form of an eye gel with moisturizing and protective properties. The product is packaged in convenient, disposable containers (so-called minims). It contains sodium hyaluronate and xanthan gum.
No preservatives.

10 single-dose containers of 0.4 ml each.

Indications

To support the treatment of damage and scratches on the surface of the eye resulting from trauma or surgery.
The preparation also effectively relieves symptoms associated with dry eye syndrome.
It helps relieve symptoms caused by irritants such as dust, pollen, bright light, air pollution and prolonged computer use.
Additionally, Softeye Gel supports the protection of the eye surface during the regeneration and healing process.

Product use

It is recommended to apply one drop of the preparation into the conjunctival sac four times a day.

How to use a medical device

1. Wash or disinfect your hands before application.
2. Make sure the single-dose container is not damaged.
3. Detach the individual container from the rest of the packaging.
4. Shake the container by holding it at the bottom.
5. Open by twisting and tearing off the cap.
6. When applying Softeye Gel, avoid contact of the tip of the container with the eye or other surfaces.

Contraindications and precautions

Before use, read the instructions for use or the label.
Do not use the product if the container is damaged or open.
Avoid contact between the tip of the container and the eye or any other surface. The contents of a single-dose container should be used immediately after opening.
Do not reuse leftover product as there is a risk of contamination and consequently an increased risk of eye infections.
Single-dose containers should be used within 12 weeks of opening the sachet.
Store the product at a temperature below 30°C, out of the reach of small children.
Do not use the product after its expiration date.
Do not use Softeye Gel if it is not clear.

Possible side effects of a medical device

A transient and mild burning sensation may occur.

Using the product with other medications

Due to the gel consistency of the product, you should not use other eye preparations or wear contact lenses within 60 minutes of using it.
