YANGO Magnesium 5 form is a comprehensive preparation that combines five different magnesium compounds: bisglycinate, citrate, carbonate, malate and lactate. Thanks to this, each capsule provides magnesium with a different rate of release and absorption, which allows for its optimal use by the body.

Suggested dosage:
