What do you know about essential amino acids?
Essential Amino Acids (EAAs), also known as exogenous amino acids, are amino acids that the body cannot produce in physiologically significant quantities and therefore must be supplied in appropriate proportions. They are essential for proper body function (including the synthesis of proteins and other important nitrogen-containing compounds, such as creatine, peptide hormones, and some neurotransmitters).

Essential amino acids include leucine, isoleucine, valine, lysine, threonine, methionine, phenylalanine, and tryptophan. Leucine, isoleucine, and valine are known as BCAAs, or branched-chain aliphatic amino acids. They constitute approximately one-third of all muscle proteins. Semi-essential amino acids, also known as semi-essential amino acids, can be produced in the human body, but their quantities may be insufficient. Our product contains two semi-essential amino acids – histidine and arginine.

Recommended intake:

Mix 1 serving (10 g) with 200 ml of water. Consume 1 serving twice daily: before and immediately after training. Use on training days. The recommended daily serving is 20 g.
