Ingredients: 100% pure, certified, organic ashwagandha (withania somnifera), vegetable capsule - hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

2 capsules contain: 0.7 g of ashwagandha

4 capsules contain: 1.4 g of ashwagandha

Net weight: 35 g (100 capsules)

How to use: recommended daily dose: 2-6 capsules. To be consumed during or after the meal. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
