Girolomoni semi-whole wheat spaghetti is made from Khorasan wheat grown and milled in Italy, respecting traditional processing methods. Slow drying and the use of semi-whole wheat flour at controlled temperatures preserve the natural qualities of this ancient grain.
Consumption method:
- They can be used in any traditional pasta dish, being ideal for light sauces, creamy sauces or vegetable sauces, thanks to their porous texture that allows them to absorb flavors.
- They can be served as a main course or as a side dish for meat, fish or vegetable dishes.
- For optimal results, boil the spaghetti for about 8 minutes , achieving an al dente texture, perfect for preserving the flavor and nutritional properties of Khorasan wheat.
