Calorie Fighter is intended for adults aged 18 and over and is designed for oral administration.
The recommended dose is 2 tablets, taken one hour before each meal, 3 times a day, with at least one glass (250 ml) of water.
A daily vitamin and mineral supplement may be taken while using Calorie Fighter, as the product may reduce the absorption of certain vitamins and minerals.
The vitamin and mineral supplement is preferably taken in the evening, before bed, to ensure proper absorption in the body.

Do not use Calorie Fighter for more than 30 days in a treatment period.
Treatment can be resumed after 4 days.
Consult a doctor before using the product for an extended period.
Do not take medications (e.g. birth control pills), vitamins or essential fatty acids at the same time as Calorie Fighter.
Do not take Calorie Fighter if you are hypersensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients.
Do not use the product if you suffer or have suffered from gastrointestinal disorders such as acid reflux, gastritis, gastric or duodenal ulcers, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, diverticulitis, signs of intestinal obstruction, gastroparesis in diabetics with neuropathy, intestinal polyps or other serious digestive disorders such as constipation.
In case of constipation or other adverse reactions, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor.
Do not use if you are taking warfarin (anticoagulant).
Do not use if you are underweight (BMI < 18.5).
Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The product is not intended for infants or young children.
Keep out of reach of small children.
Read the attached instructions carefully before use.
Store at 5–25 °C, in a dry place protected from light, in the original packaging, out of the reach of small children.
Possible side effects:
Gastrointestinal disturbances such as constipation, dyspepsia, stomach pain, bloating, flatulence, abdominal discomfort, heartburn, gastroesophageal reflux, nausea, vomiting or diarrhea may occasionally occur.
Rarely, hypersensitivity reactions to one or more ingredients may occur.
Rashes, itching, sweating, or difficulty breathing may occur.
In case of persistent adverse reactions, use should be discontinued and a doctor should be consulted.
