Sea buckthorn powder is obtained from sea buckthorn fruit by drying and fine grinding.
Administration: 2-3 times a day, mix 1 teaspoon of powder with a small amount of liquid and drink on an empty stomach.
- It can also be mixed with muesli, yogurt, fruit or vegetable juice, salads or in teas.
- Sea buckthorn fruits are one of the richest sources of vitamin C, with a vitamin C content 10 times higher than citrus fruits.
