PROSUPPS Dr. JEKYLL Pre-Workout is a pre-workout food supplement, designed to supplement the intake of nutrients before physical exertion. The product contains creatine , which contributes to increasing physical performance in successive short-term and high-intensity efforts, the beneficial effect being obtained with a daily consumption of 3 g of creatine . The formula also includes beta-alanine, an amino acid precursor of carnosine, naturally present in skeletal muscles.
