Application

As needed (for example, after sports or a night of dancing), dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of drinking water and stir well until the powder is completely dissolved. Drink the prepared solution immediately; it has a fresh, fruity apple taste. Do not exceed the maximum amount of two sachets per day.

Use/Application/Consumption Recommendation:
As needed (for example, after sports, after a night of dancing, before going to bed, or after waking up), dissolve the contents of one sachet in 200 ml of cold or lukewarm drinking water. Stir well until the powder is completely dissolved (approx. 30 seconds). A slight change in color while stirring is normal and is due, among other things, to coloring ingredients such as the beetroot juice powder. Then drink the prepared solution immediately.
