How to use
Pour a cup of hot water (60–85°C) over 1 teaspoon of green tea and steep, covered, for 2–3 minutes for a stimulating effect or 3–8 minutes for a relaxing effect. After brewing, pour the infusion into another container; the same leaves can be steeped 2–3 times.
