Forté Pharma Melatonin Spray 1900 20 ml is a melatonin-based food supplement that promotes faster sleep onset (melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep when taken at a dose of 1 mg (1000 µg) before bedtime). It helps alleviate the effects of jet lag (melatonin contributes to this effect with a minimum dose of 0.5 mg before bedtime). Poppy and lemon balm complete the formula. It is non-habit forming.
